Our Services
 We provide the clients with a three-ring binder to put a 20-30 page computerized report in. It contains tabulations, a glossary of terms, and a 130-page illustrated book on home repairs and maintenance. In addition, there is a separate summary of action items that need to be addressed that can be faxed or e-mailed the same day.
We inspect the roof, the attic, the crawl space, the heating, the electrical, the plumbing, the windows, the receptacles, the door, the applicances, the siding, the drainage, the siding and all full inspections include a Washington State Certified Pest Inspection.
We have the most current technological equipment available to accurately access and evaluate each situation in the home. We are on the leading edge of education in the inspection field, and continually update current standards.
